- November 30, 2025: Board of Directors (BOD)/American Board of Cosmetic Dentistry (ABCD) applications due
- January 2026: Deadline to apply for the AACD Charitable Foundation Board of Trustees (BOT)
- February 19, 2026: Deadline for announcing an intention to run from the floor for ABCD, BOD or NALDC positions
- March 26, 2026: Remote Annual Meeting (RAM) and elections
